Market selloff?

Short
TVC:SPX   S&P 500 Index
As noted on the chart, the market has been under pressure lately, which has lead me to the following opinion:

The "cons" currently are outweighing the "pros" creating uncertainty, bears are feeling better than the bulls and while this can easily shift the indicators suggest otherwise.

1) Insider buying (CEOs, CFOs, Major Share Holders etc. have dramatically decreased the amount and size of their company share purchases, this has been the case for the past few months - if insiders aren't willing to buy their own shares and there are more insiders actually selling, simply put, it's not a good sign...

2) US politics has been a wet blanket on the market. Hopes of stimulus has disappeared and it is unlikely that a package would be issued until Feb 2021
a) if Trump wins - the dems will roadblock anything until they can conjure up another impeachment
2) if Biden wins - Trump will act out
either way, no stimulus until 2021

3) Higher taxes and higher capital gains taxes will likely result in less trading, less premium on options, less liquidity.

NOTE: I have long positions, so I hope I'm wrong.
