On the Monthly Chart, I show bubbles which US confronted. We are facing a new Bubble : Stimulus Bubble.
FED know they are providing doping for this bubble: If this bubble is broken, the effect will be extreme terrible.
FED should taper as soon as possible, drag S&P500 comes back 1548 benchmark. I warn a new bubble may break in the near term.

THE S&P 500 HAS ALREADY FORMED A PERFECT MONTHLY WOLFE WAVE PATTERN WHICH IS IN STAGE 5 EXTREME, WHILE MOMENTUM HAS ALREADY TURN DOWNWARD. THE MARKET WILL NOT ADVANCE SIGNIFICANTLY ANY FURTHER. THE DECLINE WILL DROP TO THE 700 TO 600 AREA. SO ANY ONE HOLDING STOCKS OR INDEXES FOR THE LONG HAUL ARE GOING TO LOOSE GREATLY. CHECK OUT THE WOLFE WAVE PATTERN.

Looks like a GIGANTIC head-and-shoulders top is taking form. Will probably top out @ 2000 on the SPX, and then head south... WAY south, and then spend the next 10 to 15 years in a sideways pattern completing the right side of the head & shoulder. Refer to the attached forecast: What do you guys think?

Next FOMC Minutes, FED should taper. I know Mr.Ben wants to taper , but someone, unknown influences don't want to halt the QE3.
If FED taper, US Stock will retrace to that benchmark: 1548, and the bubble will not break. If not, they choose continuing QE3: The Bubble will swell up and then.....

I don't think that Mrs. Yellen want to taper. She will be supper aggressive to stimulate economy during her term. Comparing with Yellen, Ben is hawk :(

Yallen is a dovish woman. But Fisher is a most hawkish man. He will be new Vice President beside Yallen. This will balance the power between hawkish and dovish.
