Any hint why? This looks like a higher low under a higher high, inverse h/s ... maybe double top?

Because the 7 year cycle is due, it looks like a double top on bigger timeframes, all data is weak since weeks and now the labor market is bad too, which I expected to be a catalyst. but it turns out, it will be dragged around a bit, before we see the big drop.
