Weekly 25MA has crossed 100MA. Happened before in 2001 and 2008 Short

S&P 500 index of US listed sharesFXCM

Description

postimg.org/image/ei1ot5ml7/The chart shows it all, and it's simple.

The 25day MA has only crossed the 100day MA two previous times in recent history. 2001, which resulted in roughly a 50% crash, and 2008 which was roughly a 40% crash.

Is the crash here?

Look how similar the RSI and MACD are to 2000 and 2007... All three times RSI was trending down steadily and at the 30-40 level, All three times the MACD is making nice downward sloping waves... Compare that with 2011 the RSI and MACD dropped sharply and promptly recovered.

Edit: Chart is in weekly time frame with weekly MA
ChartArt
In the headline of you chart you say it is the "weekly MA" and in your chart description you say it is the "day MA". So what is it?
