The S&P500 has found a base. lift-off or meltdown coming

The S&P500 has found a cozy base at around 3230 which it has been trading around for the past few days. On one hand we are seeing more liquidity programs from the Fed and the US Goverment, on the otherhand we see endless riots and violence, catastrophic floods in China, and world-wide instability. Expect to see a violent move to the downside or a moderate move to the upside in the coming time.
