Most people seem to not understand that distribution most begin well before the high. Why does this happen? Simply, because larger players can't instantly exit larger positions, and momentum can't stop on a dime. How long does it a take to stop a train?

This train is running on record margin though.....so as soon as margin calls get made it will get ugly really fast...
