In Short, Yes, he did, after his speech market dropped like a rock. And there's allot more to it. As you will find out this year, the state of the politics is unlike anything in recent history.
I must say P. Obama's State of the Union speech is foretelling and inspiring.
I applaud P. Obama for his subservience, after all no choice is still a choice.

What a great line P. Obama, but you didn't write it, so how can you mean it?
In his speech, P. Obama said that the market has doubled since 2008 financial crisis and that Russia stands isolated and alone. I must say that this is simply not true. While many think Putin's open cold war on American ideology and corporatism can be curtailed, reality is quite different, (always is). First Putin's interest always serve his and foremost his agenda, while you may think he is a puppet, and you may be right, but so far this puppet has outmaneuvered the west.
P. Obama, I believe, it is your move now. But what can you really do? All credibility is evaporating fast, and disgrace among ranks is leading America into a new direction. This brings me to my game theory prediction, and I do use various other tools, as game theory alone is simply not good enough.
1) Borders in the middle east will be redrawn.
2) 2016-2017 Mark the beginning of food crisis
