We don't believe it will be able to complete the right shoulder formation for this H&S. MACD going red on the 1-Hour, Gap Down should have occurred sooner since Election Result Bounce, the Stoch/RSI showing pullback signals for the day as well, and our US/INT Market Overview indicator is showing -14 on the scorecard for the day as well.
