I totally agree with this. I have some of tech stocks making one last move this week to reach new highs, but I expect the market to drop on the 27th. Ironically, that is the same day congress is supposed to vote on the infrastructure deal.

I couldn't agree more with this chart. The only thing I would change is I think we hop at point 3 around 410 but besides that I think your 100% on the money with your prediction.
