SPY and TLY don't have a complete mirroring do they ?

Not perfect but they tend to go different direction. Note that 2008 and 2011 TLT spiked when SPY/TLT ratio broke down, and this might happen again and that is the reason I keep monitoring this ratio. TLT has been performing extremely well this year.

yeah, i remember your charts and am monitoring myself. But it is a bit different this year. You suppose it will mimic 2011?

Nobody knows. The chart tells me it is more likely than not. Have a sell stop in place (little lower that the previous high) to limit loss in case wrong.
