SQQQ - Short - 5/15/2026 Market Range theme trades

I plan on trading in and out of SQQQ with some possible overnight holds or sell the close events.

I like doing sqqq shorts during market ranges and I think we are just getting started up . I took a
short this morning that I still have not completely covered , looking forward to some range context panic days in the coming weeks too and small little trades like the one posted here ...

I will update the idea on my notes .

Modified the target for 40.92 , a little better I think 10% a little much . I'll settle for that .

Actually got out of that may 18th short at 43.71 today, going to watch but I think I was early ....would prefer a moving average break through panic day to hold with more conviction vs an sqqq short . In meantime going to focus on scalps and runners . Net gain 0.83 per share .

Im counting todays SQQQ win as 1R , its actually a 10R win vs sizing and dollar value return but I want to take the lesser result to keep things real as I size some of the overnight SQQQ short pretty heavy , I want to post results based on skill and process , not dollar result .

I am trading in and out of the first one 2 positions from earlier today and I am currently in red but hoping to close them either green or BE , I have several wins closed but its countertrend so I've been fighting the tide . Still betting on trading range characteristics here .

The first trades from today had quite a few transactions in and out not posted but I countertraded the uptrend taking small wins and rinsing and repeating , which was only a partial fix and then we had the breakout to downside from tight bull that more or less did the rest . I closed the trades with a small gain . But I am calling that one a breakeven , I see three nice area I could have easily taken to trend trade but I was so fixated on the trading range theme , which are pretty hard to switch after being trend trading last few months . So could have done that better , netted a small gain , holding the actual swing in the other account for a 10% goal .

6/15/2026 - took a small sqqq long at close today , betting that there's a good chance market reverses soon to mid of trading range . Its tiny , no stress . entry at 36.40, ill probably exit first thing if i am wrong tomorrow morning....

out of that sqqq for a small gain , needed something substantial to cover half and hold balance so just covered at open

Sqqq short at 40.24 , middle of trading range but below 21 ema , qqq may find buyers here . going to cover some at 5%.
Half size so I can add another in bottom third of trading range if we see it .

goal is 10%.
