Technical Analysis:
On the charts, we have a nicely formed Cup and Handle . Todays correction helped form a stronger handle and takes the RSI a bit lower which is necessary for a more explosive break, I think we are primed for an explosive breakout which the current TA strongly supports. My short-term target is 11500 Satoshi where I expect a short cool off to occur as some profit taking takes place. All the fundamentals point to Substratum being a very strong buy right now. I am bullish in the short-term and long term. With the all-time high at over 20000 Satoshi, there is a lot of upward potential in this chart.

Substratum has been having a great run as of recent but it looks like things are going to get a lot more exciting. The Substratum team has a lot of bullish fundamentals. The project has a documentary on 'The Success Files' by Rob Lowe set to air on FOX tomorrow that will be focusing on the Net Neutrality repeal, and solution developed by Substratum. The documentary is to air to 60 million people. The team just published their Github to Substratum Node open-source which is will increase confidence. The open beta does not have an announced date for launch but Justin Tabb aludes to it to being right on our doorstep. In the last month, SUB gained 50 positions on Coinmarketcap and is now in the top 70. I think the next 30 day's gains will push Substratum to joining the top 50.
