Substratum breaking out of the wedge Chikou span is above price, Tenkan is above Kijun, Cloud future is green and price is above cloud too, bollinger bands tightening and RSI might break out of a downtrend. Will buy with a tight stop loss.
I was waiting for it to consolidate as well before I place my position.

It seems like it is breaking out now, though we need to be careful since a few other coins like NEO made similar moves at the same time, maybe this is a fake out. Though in the case of SUB I don't think so because of the volume increase in the last few candles. I have a position and my stop losses are set tightly. Risk to reward ratio is good enough for me to trade it.
