From around May 15 - June 8 there was a $5.60 swing up and it appears the same conditions have been met based on my pitchfork chart and Alagator average. We should see it get above $34 by July 20. And there are many positive external factors working in ATT's favor:
1) New colorful CEO 2) Governments about to subsidize internet for many 3) 5G is just around the corner
