Wedge of Death or Life? #TBLT Long

ToughBuilt Industries, Inc.NASDAQ

Description

So, to open, I don't get how a brand that sells its products on Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, HomeDepot, etc. etc. etc. has such a low cap and PPS. Seems odd. That would make me think: A) Mismanagement B) Crappy financial books. On June 14th the CFO stepped down. Change coming? Will the stock reflect? Time to see....

Regardless of these hypothetical outcomes, the reward could be great. I am optimistic but generally reasonable. I can see a long here. At a minimum a nice breakout to the $1 area. Could double or triple the current PPS. Looking back, January was only 7 months ago and sold for about $3.70 . I would note the MASSIVE increase in volume in July. Compare it to the spike 7 months ago.

That would be a massive short term increase, but it's not out of the question if they report good financials into the final quarter. I did not do any work on the short term trends so I don't have any entry/exit data. Good luck!

Right at the tip of the wedge. Crazy.

They've been converting warrants causing downward pressure. The dilution machine has been strong with this one. Increase in trade volume reflects the probable end of warrant dilution imo.

Also interesting that the company is basically doing zero PR.

With so many more shares existing now, it's hard to see it hitting 3.70.

ER coming 8/12-15 so keep an eye on this one. Big move coming in next 20 days.

Also have some ongoing tech R&D which may act as a strong upward catalyst. Not many people talking about it, but rumors are that their contractor app will be on the market by q1 2020.

This is definitely an interesting one to follow.

@searchingForAnswers, Thanks for the heads up about the warrants. I knew about the app. I think this stock has a lot of potential. It's weird having personally bought their products, and now owning their stock. Might make my money back from buying tools. lol
