Price has made higher lows since August and closed at the descending trend line. MACD is crossing and the D+ crossed D- on the ADX which is also turning up.

@alainroumi, thanks! Target remains 39.90, stop raised to $32. $41.60 possible in the long run but I think the energy market will have more to do with this than technicals.
