TEL holds support at 0.01685 area as 0.0174 area has been rejected twice on 4H candle.

TEL is holding strong support at 0.0188 area. It looks ready to retest $0.02 soon if BTC behaves. 4H candle looks strong. I think it will make its way pass through 2 cents soon. If 2 cents support hold, the next key resistance to break is $0.025.
