I've been eying an entry to these guys myself. I've been on the sidelines, since it technically just looks bearish all the way. The only positibe I see right now, is the the MACD on the weekly timeframe has crossed bullish, but the daily charts keep posting lower lows. Recently, lower support gave way, after bottoming action for a few months.

I've been drawing FIB retracement to find levels of significance, and I see confluence for the $0.65 and $.39 levels. There is still some time before earnings are due, so perhaps it could be wise to start accumulating a position from here, in anticipation of a bounce. If this bounces, we'll see an enourmous upside for sure.

I'm not sure where to buy, but judging from its fundamentals, perhaps a small bag at the current level, add some at $0.50, then again some more if it hits $0.45. I'm thinking, stop loss below $0.30.

Thoughts?

@Barkworth, I mean in the long term it will not make a huge difference where you entered sub 1$, however if you're looking at this for a trade or putting in more than you can wait on it will make a difference short term lol

Reaching break even at $1 before it gets rejected, or taking 100% profits at $1 before it gets rejected. You see no difference in that? You may see this stock at $0.18 before it turns.

@Barkworth, anything could happen, I just don't want to be on the sideline when this thing bounces. there were some big gaps on the way down and the rsi has been in a bullish uptrend. That coupled with the statement in the post and a bit of time I do believe we will see a bounce.

@lilsatoshi, study the CannTrust charts. Gaps are no guarantee to get filled. I have tried catching bottoms countless times. It is much better to get in at the right time. Of course, if you believe that this one won't run out of cash, and if you believe that earnings will be great, then I can't argue with that.
