Good spot to pick up some TGT. Lots of support (100 EMA, cloud and previous resistance). Additionally, TGT will be on a red 9 on the TD indicator, so a good spot for a price flip (at least temporarily). I'll put an $83 to $85 target on this, with timetable of 4-8 weeks.
