Because I can't understand why the company is failing that much in its own quotations... Their balance has gone in deficit, so the TIT:MI would be good to short soon... But why? Do you know why is this mess happening?

Do you have a new opinion on ISP?
Although I see lots of vulnerability in Italy (economy, politics etc), banks have made a good reaction since Jan 2019 but it looks only as a reaction and nothing more.
