@jorisd, Missed a single quarterly earnings guidance, suspended dividend and Scion Asset Mgmt (Mike Burry) started buying float all within a relatively tight period. Huge overreaction in my opinion - DOW_DAX nailed it on the head though. Their biggest problem is solvency - she's either going under or will see a mean reversion (even if she only ever regains a small portion of historical business operations).
