I dont think its a cup and handle. We have see so many chances for cup and handle in the past few months but it kept on going down lower and lower instead.

@ydah, could be weak hands being shaken out. It's massive, takes longer. Could have huge reward. Not saying it will for sure, but certainly has the makings. We might be a big surprise in the Senate in May.

@psbassin, yes would have been around 60 but looks like it was rejected and price is looking to head lower until legalization. We are probably looking at another year until any good news.
