BTC & Altcoin Marketcap - Looks not bullish at all

It really looks like this years rally just has been a retest of the huge trendline from the total crypto market cap. I'd love to hear opinions on this.

Correction* this years rally was NOT just a retest of the trendline, it was just this last 20% jump that was a retest
