BTC, ETH, TRB analysis: patience before newer potential highs!

I've been trading for 4 years and happy to share my ideas and the tips and strategies that I have learnt from MartyBoots over the years.
Quick assessment of BTC and ETH mainly...Patience is the key and there are still sunny bullish times to come. The lower timeframes don't look amazing at the moment so we could be heading into a range. Don't over trade and try not to get chopped up is the main message aswell as showing the path to new ATHs
A potential long term spot swing play on TRB is also outlined with a huge cup and handle pattern forming.
