I recently saw this project, and I had a wow effect.
First of all, their functionality Aggregated Trading: One account with a single interface enables full access to the aggregated liquidity of all crypto exchanges. Some key functions include smart order routing, flexible account management, dark pool, settlement service and automatic risk management.
Secondly - they did IEO on Binance This is a good marketing move to enter the crypto community. You already know the project, but there was no growth on the chart yet. For a successful story, growth must be. We can look at the experience of 2019 and I can say that it was the year of exchange tokens. all exchange tokens grew this year. We can wait for listing on other large exchanges Huobi and Okex

I asked one person from the team: Not open for individuals for now. When is it open for individuals? -Not sure yet. Maybe 1-2 months.
Ok, but how is it's token used? Brokerage bonus? Can't find in the whitepaper.

1) trading commissions and fees for settlement;
2) spreads on client's margin financing positions, cash or token financing will be our core (and most profitable) business;
3) fees for value-added services including asset management, fund raising and consulting etc.
TROY's token economics will also be strongly backed by all or part of revenue sources above. TROY will be appreciated due to certain periodic burning events, TROY will use part of revenue to buyback and burn TROY tokens from the market on a transparent and regular basis.
