In my opinion the fourth wave moves out of the channel created by the first and second wave, thus making the Wolfe Wave pattern invalid.

Yep, looks like a classic Wolfe Wave pattern. We are starting to see it spring load these past few days getting ready for the formation of the 5th wave.
