In my opinion all this AlT bullish signs are a helpful indicator that btc itself will be rising. When BTC reached ATH in JAN 18 ALTS were going through the roof and I think we'll see the same thing, and quite possibly before BTC takes off as traders try to grab cheaper coins with higher growth potential. Even if TRX hit a nickel would be awesome!
