Whatever Bla bla you are hearing and saying i own one latest tesla and i can tell you mate for owning all the big brands before and testing all the competition high end electric cars available today...... there is nothing even close to a Tesla FINAL POINT.

So Trying to make the case Tesla tech and cars are nothing special is ridiculous

However what people must focus more as it is the case with great and lousy products or company , is the price you are entering and sorting the share of the company.

Let's suppose you SELL PUTs on tesla on 150$ , you will keep making money week after week and if it goes to that then you buy it historically at a great price.

I can guarantee you mate that as soon as you hear a rumour of someone trying to take over tesla the share price will almost double in one day or two , that just tell you how valuable the technology and know how and experience they have building the best electric car in the market today.

i can show you balance sheet of great companies today that are more scary than Tesla but you miss the point about it or them ; investor just bet for or against the future not the current balance sheet number

Even Amazon is having meaningless EPS really and huge P/E would you compare it to Walmart or else who sell the same shit off line and online ???

THE KEY FOR ALL INVESTMENT YOU DO IS HOW MUCH YOU BUY IT OR SELL IT SHIRT AND LATER HOW MUCH YOU CAN SELL IT OR BUY BACK THE SHARE - SO CLEARLY WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED PROFIT YOU DO FOR YOUR TIME HORIZON

LETS SPEAK FRANKLY ALL OF US HERE HAVE A PRETTY SHORT INVESTMENT HORIZON SO GUYS WE ARE ALL NOT REALLY TRADING THE LONG TERM BOTTOM UP FUNDAMENTALS OF THE COMPANY BUT MORE THE TRENDS DEPENDING ON DEMAND AND SUPPLY AND ALL FACTORS THAT CAN IMPACT THE SHARE PRICE BEING FUNDAMENTALS LIKE EARNINGS REPORTS OR NOT LIKE FEAR OR SPECULATION.

@PhilippeDelpCFA, I would start my response with "whatever bla bla", however, I am an adult...

From a fundamental perspective, because you own a tesla it is a great company?

My mentor, managing a 10bn fixed income fund, told me that the value of a CFA is transient. Essentially he told me its worthless, I thought he was mad....until now.

I would have thought that a CFA would teach you BOTTOM-UP FUNDAMENTALS, clearly not. I think Amazon is a great company and have done so for many years.

Heres a video to explain what you should already know about Amazon having studied and passed the CFA.

Best of luck with your trading, you might need it!

@ROB.Reynolds, I was preparing a long demonstration to show you that i just said the opposite of what you mentioned but it is not worth it.

You just showed who you are, btw what is your problem with CFA holders ? did you just fail many times and did not managed to get it to be so aggressive towards them ?

hey at the end you should put your money where your mouth is then you will learn the rules of investing. Very simple buy low to sell higher or sell short high to buy back lower. And i won't even teach you how to use options to do that ;-).

Simple as that , making a profit whatever the company does or not. Great companies can be bad investments and the other way round. whatever you manage 10 bn of a fund or your own money same simple rule.

So childish to mention as credential "My mentor, managing a 10bn fixed income fund..... " makes you look like a whimpy child. I did much better in my own career and not someone else^s and i work with the best Fixed income manager and equity managers to learn about investing with much more than 10bn$.

And you know what No-one cares really good for you and your partner and good for me , like i said to you bla bla bla (this is your level of langage btw)

So good luck to you as well. And stop pretending you and your partners knows all about technology or AI or anything Tesla technology you just don't. otherwise we would just know you as the greatest new tech founder of a great startup.

Looks good. Thanks Rob!

Ooooofff... you're so off on your understanding of how they collect data and send it back, how AI and machine learning works, the car quality, range anxiety, etc. It's really clear you have no first hand knowledge about the car, you've likely never owned or driven one and your views are heavily skewed. Painful to listen to the misinformation and fear you spread.

Classic fear peddler. smh...
UnknownUnicorn266486
@scurry, what's more important the data collected or how it's collected?

What if it's all a ploy man, and our boy Elon is planning on building some kinda super hybrid that functions semi-autonomously making the prius look like a matchbox car.

Remember Space X rocket launches? They failed, though they were close, to land rockets onto moving targets. But guess what, they became 99.97% accurate, with their positional landings on solid ground.

You're right. They'll merge, probably with a heavily invested blockchain company or whatever, and they'll be putting super semi-autonomous hybridz on the road sooner or later.

They failed at completely electric, autonomously driven vehicles, but man, they are taking a massive step forward, aren't they? For mankind? For the galaxy? If this is what failure looks like, why wouldn't anyone be all in at some point.

I feel that your traders eye is spot on. Great analysis.

Another TSLA hater pushing FUD. All subjective. You're not looking deep enough, just scratching the surface and making shallow assumptions. In 5 years you will be regretting not looking deep enough.

@SluggishMoney, enlighten me, what's your deep take?
UnknownUnicorn5219320
@SluggishMoney, from a traders perspective, he's analysis makes sense.
