That is an ugly head and shoulders. The way you have it drawn, the lowest point on the right shoulder is barely higher than the peak of the left shoulder.
@Sackura, I only drew it like this so it would have a clean neckline, I didn't see any other way to draw it otherwise

@rbownb, H and S can be sloppy, clean, depends on each person's needs, but I went with it this time, usually I prefer a cleaner H and S, with correct volume and such.
