Measuring gap in TSLA. .Almost there.

Everyone worried about TSLA .. It's just an old-fashioned measuring gap.
Can you expand on your thoughts and measuring gap analysis, please?
It's pretty simple.(IF I can learn it, anybody can !) Most of the moves in the big momentum stops tend to have symmetrical patterns. Measure from the beginning of the move. After the measuring gap, the stock should move the amount of the previous move. The trick is where to start measuring after the gap. I take the low of the price within the gap to start measuring. It also works for bull and bear flags. Good luck!
Interesting that it also occurs right at the 200DMA
Further elaboration would be great, especially for those of us who are new to this!
Please see my reply today. I hope it helps. Basically I took the the amount of the first down move..17.77 points, and then subtracted that amount from the high in the gap..around 194.58. That get's you to around 176.81. That would be the first objective. By the way, like I said earlier, don't worry being new to this, if I can learn it, anyone can!
Could you please elaborate more on this?
