You Choose To Make Trading Complicated... Why? Education

Tesla, Inc.NASDAQ

Description

You will never control where the market goes next... unless you are a market maker with very deep pockets.

Stop trying to predict where something will be in 6 months and focus on what's happening now.

Your objective as a trader is to manage risk at Distribution/Accumulation points in the markets.

Here we have a chart of tesla.

Custom Candles, Ema Dots Indicator and The Custom RSI

We leverage the candles as confirmation of what price action wants to do as of right now.
If we have strong engulfing candles we NEVER chase.

You need to manage your risk on these compression points.
What we do is focus on the compression points of doji candles as they can shift signs of indecision and potential market exhaustion.

Then we align with the ema dots and rsi for correlation to leave overbought/oversold territory to identify the next major trend.

If you can manage a tight risk on capital on the trend turning points, that is how you win.
You have to risk a little to win big.

If you enter a trend shift and don't set a stoploss and the trend goes against you... that is how a large amount of traders blow their accounts.

You need to understand to manage risk and have the correct setup to identify the best trends in the markets.
It is inevitable that you will catch the next big trend if you play the trends correctly.

Filter out most of the noise and utilize a larger timeframe. Smart money let's their assets work for them over time.

I would say that real TSLA stock price is around 100-150$ anything else is just a speculation. Speculations can last long. It is up to you to speculate. Play a game and loose or win..

@die4lie, thanks 👍

@die4lie, Ya currently 10x rev. So it should be 150. Other car manufacturers like Toyota are undervalued, they should be 30% higher. But people invest in hype and tech. Tesla has endless hype, and some tech, but there are many other companies making autonomous driving. I don't think Tesla is far ahead on the tech, they just risk releasing beta products, where other manufacturers hate risk.

@Chaython, Well we both agree that TSLA is overpriced. Moreover TSLA does not have big profit cash for expansion, so TSLA is debt bond and faith dependent company. Currenltly TESLA is leading the EV market, but leading has advantages and disadvantages. If everything goes as planned TSLA will be quality brand for reasonable price and TSLA will have nice profit margins without degrading quality of products - that's the advantage of beeing a leader in the market. And if something goes very wrong, TSLA can lost leading position and faith, at the same time TSLA will be backstabed by those faithfull "investors" and creditors, at this scenario we will see dumpster fire...But it's just a speculations, we don't know future.

@die4lie you actually don’t understand TSLA at all. Even if it was just a car company the addressable market is 98% of 90million vehicles PA, with the world driving EV adoption. Re competition they have actually increased their global market share since Audi, Jaguar, Porsche, Hyundai and Kia have all released cars. They are building out 3 new Gigafactories on 3 continents and right now ramping their solar and energy storage business, allowing regular people to become micro utilities making money on electricity arbitrage with their AutoBidder software. They have 750,000 CyberTruck orders and will also produce Teala Semis at their new Texas TeraFactory.
I could go on and on about next gen Batteries, Full self Driving, Tesla Insurance, HVAC home aircon and new Roadster but I think that is more than enough.
Stock price is about potential more than merely earnings. Look at Amazon, Google and Apple

@Acwood, I agree with you 100% Well said! Why do people choose to remain blind to this information when it is so easily attainable? Either they want to be blind or want others to be blind. In any case I am happy to see Tesla doing well and going for it!
