With the factory in China to Swing-Trade

NASDAQ:TSLA   Tesla
Tesla, Inc. (formerly named Tesla Motors) is an American automaker, energy storage company, and solar panel manufacturer based in Palo Alto, California.

The main goal of the company is to produce electric vehicles accessible to users of the middle class; reduce dependence on petroleum, and therefore, reduce impact on the environment.

Mission Statement: “To accelerate the advent of sustainable transport by bringing compelling mass market electric cars to market as soon as possible.”

Newsflow:

The manufacturer of electric vehicles Tesla Inc had issued a recall for about 11,000 cars Model X due to problems with the seats. Periodically, serial cars can have some technical problems, which, if ignored, can affect the safety of the driver and passengers. Despite the fact that only about three percent of Model X cars have this problem, it was decided to recall them for service.

The presentation of the new electric truck from Tesla was scheduled for October 26, 2017. However, the official presentation of the novelty was postponed until November 16.

The head of Tesla, Elon Musk, commented on Twitter that this was due to the fact that all the company's resources were used to solve the problem with the production of Model 3 and to supply the Powerwall batteries to Puerto Rico and other areas, which were affected by the Hurricane Maria.

To conclude, the latest and not less important news: Tesla wants to build a new factory in China.

According to the newspaper report, Tesla Inc. is going to set its own manufacturing facility in China. Shanghai’s government agreed with the corresponding arrangement and will allow the company to build the factory, wrote the "Wall Street Journal".

Chart Tools:

What say the technical analysis methods I use?

If you look at the two yellow circles shown in the chart, you can see that there is probably a resistance here. This is also connected with a yellow line.

The risk management tool used here is the own-developed “Traffic Signals System” (TSS) and it will be implemented in my future analyses.

The black line in the chart: the starting price of the idea is 337.33 US-Dollar.
The red line in the chart: the stop loss is lying at 320 US-Dollar (under the GAP in early August 2017).
The green line in the chart: here for me the first further turning point in the idea = first goal at about 363 US-Dollar
Oscillator: RSI is negative, from my point of view.
Trend indicator: In my opinion, the MACD is negative too.

Conclusion:

Why this idea is related to the Tesla Swing-Trade?

Without taking into the consideration the latest news about the new factory in China, the news flow is rather negative for me. The fundamental data are also considered to be negative.

The risk remains manageable at -5.14% in this idea.
