Update: Bearish; New Probable Target-Low | #TWTR #Twitter $NYSE

481 4 5

A brief update on this potential short: This past February 05th, we issued a warning for a potential short based on our prop predictive analysis and forecasting methodology. Analysis indicated a potential short, with a forecast level defined at 45.55.

As of this morning, a deeper potential forecast low, defined as a secondary TG-2 = 40.26 is issued, although as a "Probable" (colored in orange) in contrast to our recent primary target, TG-1 = 45.55, which was qualified as a "High-probable" (colored in green).

There are two levels worth             minding: A overhead "transmural" resistance at 56.84, as well as a structure-low at 49.55. An adverse excursion above 56.84 would not necessarily infirm our predictive analysis and forecast, but should cause bear to be concerned as to the viability of reaching the primary target, TG-1 = 45.55. In contrast, a favorable transgression of 49.55 should add credibility to ever reach TG-1 as well as TG-2.

Pattern traders should aim may decipher a potential Bullish Crab formation, with point-D (not drawn) at 0.886-Fib x XA, corresponding to the late November to late December impulse leg reaction. Advanced pattern traders should consider the confirmation of the AB x 2.24-Fib extension to define a probable zone of reversal ("PRZ"), whose range is more often defined by the AB extension Fib values than the generic XA Fib values, mainly due to recency as well as accuracy of the AB extension's ability to further refine a probable PRZ.

At this point, there is no price action, contrarian signal or adverse event that would cause us to reconsider our bearish signal released on February 05th, nor is there any other internal indication that should rebuff our forecast, except the addition of a secondary target.

The structures just defined are worth             heeding in terms of directional influence and validation of our predictive analysis. If new even occurred, we will add pertinent information and technical commentary based on the underlying development.
