This company will have to issue stock to raise cash. This is Tesla 2.0 without Elon's mouth propping the stock up!
Technically, there is not much to go on other than the 2 points for the trendline, all pointing DOWN.

@Dwsilk93, "network effect" .. where the value growth is increased with the more people that use it, in which the value is (strictly) DEPENDENT on other individuals using the product. Such as in Facebook. Uber doesn't have this type of barrier to entry as any competitive advantage. Why?... because a rider doesn't care if another rider is using Uber. So Ubers growth could never come from any kind of network effect. They're peddling a commodity, where there is no loyalty from the drivers or the riders and price is the only factor by which riders and drivers decide which service to use. They're trying to find their way in China, they've lost in Russia, and getting beat to a pulp in India. They have nothing proprietary and no competitive moat.
"best network effects in the world right now".... !?... really?, then you don't know what a network effect is.

@streetgainer, I'm looking at it from a technical analysis viewpoint, although its fundamentals are solid they haven't done much recently, its been on a decline this whole year and currently sits at its lowest point right now for the year, based off this it looks like a prime entry point for a nice 2x-3x, really interested in what you think about this!
