It started 19 Dec around 14:00 UTC @23073 and ended 21 Dec 10:00 UTC. After that it met it's target 2hrs later.
You can't just predict something is going to turn into a H&S pattern by forcing random points into a H&S pattern! Can you now see the difference between what you proposed will turn into a H&S and my example?
