Long

NASDAQ:UNIT   Uniti Group Inc.
I start testing new methods for trading penny stocks and low cap stocks. I want to combine new ideas with my proven trading strategies and see how workable and profitable they will be in the stock markets.
I should say that penny stocks look very interesting and they can be even more profitable if compare them with crypto markets. So, I will try to prove it by results.

If you are interested in penny stock/low cap stock trading... If you want to discover new opportunities in financial markets... If you wish to get new knowledge and experience...
I invite you to start this journey with me!

The 1st market is UNITI Group. The market dropped a lot and now it is oversold. RSI confirms it.

The entry level is above the high of the bullish candle. Stop orders can be placed below the low of the candle. As for this trade, it can be used without stop orders as I'm not going to use leverage.

There are 2 trades with the same entry, stop but with 2 different profit targets. TP1 = 20.00 and TP2 = 30.00 levels.
Trade volume: 5% from the capital size.

Comment:
In spite of the market falls, we don't have active trades. The price did not reach the pending buy orders. The levels for placing pending orders was picked properly. Now the trading idea is still active as the market stays oversold.
Comment:
Ok, the price dropped below 10.00 level. The market stays oversold and we keep following the main idea - buy the oversold market. Pending orders were not activated. The market did not make a new swing high which could be lower than the previous one - where we put pending orders. It means we have to wait for further market movements.
