Uranium started the decline when the disaster in japan happened. That event stopped multiple nuclear facilities across the globe to stop energy production due to increased awarness of nuclear power security measures. Choyna, japan, india and europe are about to or already opened 250 new nuclear power plants.
And even thats not all... the one and only uranium mine in the world decreased the production (I dont know exactly for how much) by lets say 10%

And be carefull... the only thing that could screw this is another power plant accident or a massive increase in renewable energy
