What stands for it: - potential valid order block (OB) with Momentum, a break of structure (BOS) and a bearish engulfing in a higher timeframe (H2) - 2 equal lows below the OB, where liquidity is sitting* - there is some Imbalance (IMB) in the beginning of the upmove of 12 May 2022
*also a previous equal low has been cleared with the downmove from the potential order block (OB)
