I am Canadian and I don't think the econ is so great here despite the jobs numbers today. Job numbers in Canada are notoriously jagged. I think that the materials and energy will continue to weigh on Canada as the USD maintains it's bullish stance. That said, here is my CAD chart and it says the opposite of my fundamental view...

Hi, In our trading room we have technical analysts and fundamental analysts, they manage to find "harmony" if they are rightly compared. Fundamental analysis is more "slow" while technical analysis is "faster". you can find the right balance through the use of time frame. Happy week-end! :)

I find it hard to disagree with your, your analysis seem very solid. What I see is that if we hit that level you suggest we enter a bear market for dollar. From my point of view that won't happen untill DXY met real resistance at 99 area.
