Hi Wave-Trader, thanks for the analysis. I am a beginner and have a question regarding your chart. I understand the trend line connecting the lows in September and October. I also understand the line representing the resistance at 1.308. What does the small trend line in mid-October signify? Is it a break and retest of 1.3 psychological level? In short, how do you detect the breakdown? Is it purely based on price action in charts or do you use indicators? I would really appreciate if someone can help me understand how to detect these breakdowns. Thanks :)
