Hello all,
Well this one reversed with a small loss, however, there was an obvious error in my analysis which I failed to pickup at the time but I need to clear up for the record. This trade should only have been taken long if the orange DOT parallel went through the converging lines at the black dot parallel.........The Lesson Here ( For me also ) is 3 converging lines also preceded by a reaction on the lower fork parallel would have been an excellent long however there where 2 warning signs that this was going to fail......1/ Over Shot and closed 3 times below orange dot parallel, 2/ The next hour after I posted it closed below the black dot parallel ( Red alert to stop & reverse ). Should I have picked this up at the time, I also would have known that a failure at the bottom parallel would have given me an excellent short at the very next warning line which would have been the next take profit area.....
