@JayM, i can't see it as an H&S despite the fact it can work as one, but unless we call it a false H&S, to validate that pattern we need specific conditions filled, one of the main conditions to validate at least the sape of a H&S pattern is a right shoulder closing below the left shoulder, not filled on your chart, but again, it can work as one...
