USDCAD is not to buy [After Justin Trudeau Tweet]

After tension with China, US is trying to increase trade with Canada. The US has removed their tariffs on Canadian steel & aluminum. It means that it will boost CAD little bit.
Secondly the current pattern of chart shows that it will gradually move slowly in the way like AUDUSD and NZDUSD have moved. No impulses, just beautiful bearish move is expected.
