it is really breakout but it is done already, as my experience:
when the breakout down
The first Target it will be the first bottom and then the next target it will be next bottom and so on.
and also for the breakout up
The first Target it will be the first top and then the next target it will be next top and so on.
and with this matter the first target it is done so, there is no more sell ;)
