Alternatively, H4 closes below 1.00212, then the course would first reach the lower target 0.999 and then increase to the second TP at 1.0049.

USDCHF has reached the TP for short but if we show 2 equal legs as shown by the two boxes then it could fall below 0.9979 and stabilize at 0.9957-51.
If I see that, then I start a long position with the target 1.0049
