On Week TimeFrame Alligator sleep so long. Wait for power impulse for movement of price. On background the down_trend I think this impulse will be for down_movement. But on background of overall trend of rising USD against other currencies this impulse may be and for rising movement.
So, follow my signals on lower TimeFrame to not miss the definite movement of price.
