stimulus package has been postponed due to arguements btwn democrats and republicans this has resulted in a risk off by banks who were previously short the USD, they have decreased their positions based on COT report(commitment of traders) this will lead to strengthening of usd till 30/10/2020 which is the first voting of the senate for the stimulus bill..
