Initially I used to think the same way but later Dojitrader corrected me. The Cypher pattern was discovered by the tradeempowered.com's co founders Jason Stampleton and Akil Stocks, you can visit them or you can download cheat sheet provided by the neoharmonics.com and refer their measurements of Cypher.

This can be a shark rather than a cypher as XC extension should be at least 127.2% of XA leg.
