This is most definitely a buy in my eyes although to really confirm buys I would like to see a crossover of the key level 104.127. If you pay attention to the price you will notice that today we broke through that level completely, re-tested it almost to the pip and are now continuing down slowly. This could suggest that price isn't ready to shoot up just yet and that it may want to come down to that previous low to grab those stop losses from swing/positional traders.
