All explain why investors enhance to Buy Japanese Yen ,and I think this trend will continue.
And I want to remind that : BOJ said that: There is no more stimulus this year. That's enough. They cut all hope and reduce catalyst for a positive rally of USDJPY.
AUD is the top risk currency, and JPY is the most safe haven currency.
Hence, AUDJPY will hit hard
- Technical Analysis.
Fundamental Analysis I talk about why USDJPY would fall down,and bet on the downtrend of this pair.
Technical Analysis is used to find where is the target of the trend.
In turn USDJPY will test following supports:
- SMA50 first ( already break).
- Bullish trend line ( already break)
- Kumo cloud
- SMA 100 ( red) : 121
- SMA200 ( black) 118.40
I see a wedge pattern on the chart. If the wedge cannot hold USDJPY, the decline will extend.
